Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - 10 MAJOR Questions We Still Need Answering

2. Will More Original EU Be Adapted?

At this point, Disney's little promise that the previous expanded universe, now under the "legends" moniker, would be stricken from the new official timeline to make room for new stuff, is more of a guideline than a rule. And one that they ignore most of the time anyway. And since Fallen Order takes place in the new timeline, there's no reason not to continue that proud noncommittal tradition.

Star Wars Rebels reintroduced Thrawn into the official canon, and spent two entire seasons dragging Clone Wars back into canon kicking and screaming - even redesigning Captain Rex to resemble one of the rebels during the battle of Endor, all but guaranteeing his survival - but there's plenty else for Fallen Order to choose from to help set itself apart.

Whether it's certain characters scattered about, or just putting some levels on EU-exclusive planets, it would be nice to have some confirmation that some of the better stuff from the old EU was being preserved, this would be a great way to win over older Star Wars fans.

It wasn't all great, by the longest of shots (ask me about Luke Skywalker sometime. Or don't, since you probably value your sanity) but the stuff that was good deserves another shot, or at least a spiritual successor.
