Street Fighter V: 15 Huge Roster Omissions That Must Return

6. Ibuki

Forget about what you think you know about ninjas - Ibuki's the real deal. Well, as real as a fictional portrayal of the archetype will ever get; I'm willing to bet that they couldn't actually generate giant energy balls from the palms of their hands. But despite that nuance, Ibuki's more realistic depiction of the legendary assassins makes her one of the most unique characters in both Street Fighter and Japanese video games as a whole. Small in stature, Ibuki only has her own physical prowess, speed and tool belt full of kunai to get the job done efficiently. She may be speed oriented, but if Ibuki returns as a DLC character, she absolutely MUST be given some much-needed buffs. Despite her excellent Street Fighter IV appearance, Ibuki always lingered precariously low on tier lists due to her low health and weak attacks. If she returns as a DLC fighter, Capcom needs to give those two shortfalls a buff to keep her relevant and, you know, actually capable of taking more than two hits from big-hitters like T. Hawk before collapsing on the floor in defeat.
