Julia Chang is the adopted daughter of Michelle Chang, and inherits her adopted mothers fighting style. Julia's original intention for entering the King of Iron Fist Tournament was to find the whereabouts of her mother, who disappeared after going to Japan to question Heihachi about the pendent she owned. Julia's dream of rejuvenating Arizona's forests leads her to the fourth King of Iron Fist Tournament and to a constant struggle with the Mishima Zaibatsu. Julia's a fun character, and has always been a decent fighter gameplay wise. While not exceptionally important in terms of the current storyline, she is one of the more noteworthy secondary characters that have populated the Tekken games and added to the sense of variety and diversity among the cast. Excluding her from Tekken 7 simply wouldn't make any sense, so hopefully she will make a comeback for another round!
