While we currently don't have a confirmed (or even speculative) release date, past a few suggestions pointing towards something in 2019, there is a firm belief among fans that thismay be due to change fairly soon.

Bethesda recently confirmed the timing for their E3 2016 showcase with a neat image posted through their official twitter page. You can see a portion of that image above, and will notice that it features an Elder Scrolls hero at the front of its character queue.

While many aren't keen to read too much into this, perhaps for fear of being disappointed, others are hopeful that this is a small signal of Bethesda's intent. After all, what else could be their big reveal for this year's conference?

There aren't many candidates based on what we know so far andlast year was, oh yeah, Fallout 4,so perhaps The Elder Scrolls VI could be the most likely to appear? Here's hoping!
