Added to the already zany missions, you receive a phone call from Viola who has organized a meeting with the Mayor of Steelport. Viola warns you "not to f**k with the Mayor." Not knowing who the Mayor is at this point, you enter his office where the protagonist proclaims "Burt-f**king-Reynolds?!". Turns out the protagonist is a huge Burt fan, nice coincidence eh?
