6. Hacker
The aim of Watch Dogs is hacking, so you want the recruits that have the abilities to do it the best. One of the best all-round characters you can get, and one that will be able to tackle most of the main missions is a Hacker.
Hackers have four abilities all of which can be useful on regular basis. For general use, their viral hacking ability can allow you to hack items from further away. While their shock hack can cause damage to enemies meaning you can avoid close combat situations.
As an overall package their abilities mean you can stay covert for large periods while being able to hack, remove enemies and get access to areas that you normally can't.
You don't need to go out of your way to find one either as a hacker will join you while playing through the early missions in the story. A Stealth players dream.
