Wayne Rooney & Jack Wilshere On FIFA 12 Cover
Next installment of FIFA will carry a new game-changing Player Impact Engine, one that is a physical build to to 'deliver real-world physicality in pitch interaction' in a bid to 'revolutionize the series'.
EA have revealed the front cover of the UK edition of FIFA 12, the next installment of the highly popular and extremely addictive football game that hits stores on September 30th. Once again it's Manchester United's Wayne Rooney on the front, though this time he is joined by Arsenal and England midfielder Jack Wilshere, a deal which I would suggest is a huge endorsement for the season he has had. The international versions of the games will feature either Wayne Rooney or Real Madrid's Kaka (those two were last year's UK line-up) alongside Phillppe Mexes in France, Gerard Pique in Spain, Giampaolo Pazzini in Italy, Mats Hummel in Germany and more. A little advice to FIFA 12 gamers... those players mentioned above are likely to be the best players on the game, an added boost in stats thanks to their sponsorship deal. All players will have their likeness and images all over FIFA 12's marketing and ad campaigns;
This is an iconic group of footballers who all passionately play our game, and we are excited to have them speak to fans around the world about their own personal experiences playing the best sports game on the planet, said Matt Bilbey, Vice President and GM of Football, EA SPORTS. With all the accolades FIFA 12 has received so far we are confident we have the most authentic and highest quality game we have ever created, and these superstars will play an integral role in sharing their excitement for its highly anticipated launch.This year's addition of FIFA is particularly exciting as a new game-changing Player Impact Engine is promised, one that is a physical engine built to to 'deliver real-world physicality in pitch interaction' in a bid to 'revolutionize the series'. Did a game so almost perfect as FIFA 11 really need to be revolutionized? FIFA 12 is set to be released on September 30th and at WhatCulture! we can't wait to get our hands on it!
