2. Right To Censor

Led by Steven Richards, this shirt and tie wearing group consisting of Bull Buchanan, The Godfather, Val Venis and Ivory was a parody of America's 'Parent's Television Council' and protested about the level of violence and explicit sexual content within the WWF as part of their gimmick, which resulted in them being firm heels. The 'Right to Censor' hold an impressive winning steak within the WWE, winning at least one match of every pay-per-view they participated in from mid-2000 to early 2001. Richards would later begin a solo career, more notably on the WWE's relaunched ECW brand between 2006-08 before being released by the WWE that year. With all the talent not signed up by TNA, all of them could have been included in WWE 13 but were ultimately overlooked. However if The Godfather and Val Venis are to be late additions to the game, it would most likely be in their more "adult" personas.
