4. Cactus Jack & Chainsaw Charlie
http://youtu.be/2grrjzx-RoE Characters from Scenario In Game (Cactus Jack, Dude Love, Chainsaw Charlie, Stone Cold Steve Austin, New Age Outlaws) Another short lived but popular team up that, naturally, resulted in betrayal and a payoff match. Both wrestlers are legends in their own right. We all know of the many faces of Foley (hes in this list with all 4 personas) but also the utter legend of Terry Funk. A true great of the game. I may be mistaken but I believe this was Terrys first and only fling with the WWE. Im sure the only reason he even came over was the fact he is a great friend of Foleys and the two wanted to work a great match on the greatest stage. Of course this would be a great end to a scenario in WWE 13. Especially if they had Stone Colds GENIUS commentary to go along with it. Cactus Jack brought Charlie in to feud with The New Age Outlaws at Wrestlemania XIV in a dumpster match where they were winners but were stripped of the gold the next night on RAW but had a rematch in a steel cage. Already a great start to the scenario. Foley turned Cactus heel afterwards by bad mouthing the fans and Stone Cold (how dare he). He would later feud with Stone Cold as Dude Love. After failing to get the job done at the Unforgiven PPV he demanded another shot but he had to battle his ex-partner, Terry Funk. If Austin 3:16 was the start of the attitude era, this match was the explanation point. It was the first ever Hardcore match and a truly great one. The segments before the match were superbly done by both Mick Foley (Using his real name) and Funk. The match was a true, explosive and personal brawl all around the arena with two guys beating each other upside the head with all manner of objects. If you havent seen it, find it on YouTube (If not for Austins Commentary alone). Seeing as all of the above named stars are in the game, why not have the first ever Hardcore match as a scenario!
