4. Game Face
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZ7Q63SeFIw Create-A-Wrestler is a staple in wrestling video games. We've all been there, and we've all done that. We've all spent long hours crafting our CAWs to look exactly the way we want them to, from their facial features to their in-ring attire. We try to put ourselves into the game, making our wrestlers look as close to the real us as we can. Many people sometimes go a day or two before they even get to play their wrestling video games, because they want everything to be perfect, and with options to create entrances these days, it only makes things worse for those people. In the last few years, EA Sports has given us their Game Face option, where users can upload a photo of themselves to the website, and then use EA Sports games like Madden to add those photos to Create-A-Players. Just like that, we're actually in the game as an exact likeness, and not just someone that kinda sorta looks like us. It's that type of realism that opens the door to a new level of fun. Madden has received rave reviews for their use of Game Face, and it's in a sport that has very little close-up shots of people's faces, even in video game form, so imagine what it could do with something where you do get to see someone's face. The close-up shots of your CAW, with your actual face, making your way to the ring for every match is something special, and it's that type of simple-yet-effective technique that goes a long way with virtually no effort. People would be all over this one, and rightfully so. Gone would be the days of spending so long, trying to create everything perfectly. You'd be able to basically play the game right out of the box. Some of you haven't been able to do that with a wrestling video game since the days of the Super Nintendo and the Sega Genesis. That's a long, long time ago.
