It looks like the legend will be playing a major part in the game in the same way that the Ultimate Warrior was. The company is apparently very keen to put Goldberg into WWE 2K15 as a playable character as a means to hype his continued association with the WWE, and as a way to set up his last match at WrestleMania 31. The supserstar signed a deal with WWE earlier, and his DVD came out last year, along with his inclusion in WWE 2K14, which seemed to suggest that we'd get to see him wrestling at WrestleMania 30. But that didn't come off, and it looks as if WWE have a match at next year's big event for his farewell. And it seems that the star himself is keen, despite his absence from the ring since 2004, and the WWE will presumably look to follow up how they set up Warrior's appearance at WrestleMania XXX, which may mean that Goldberg could be set for a Hall of Fame induction next year too. The rumour is that his involvement in the game will be announced at Summerslam, where the usual roster reveals take place. Are you excited for WWE 2K15?
