2. Stephanie McMahon - 83

An 83 rating puts Steph right at the top of the Divas' ranks with Paige and even ties her level with her husband when he was a Connecticut Blue Blood. McMahon was decent in her day, but never the leading lady in WWE. The likes of Trish Stratus, Lita and Ivory always upstaged her when the powers that be actually had the women wrestle. Although, the Billion Dollar Princess did prove she could still go at SummerSlam 2014 against Brie Bella. Even in the face of that stellar performance, you would have to concede that the like of Nikki Bella and Paige have the better of the Authority member today. Imagine how they must feel about the most part-time of part-time Divas having a better rating than them... Well, Paige is tied on 83, but that still must be some proverbial kick to her gut.
