The extended gameplay video is the clearest example yet of how the game is going to look and play. Unfortunately, the signs aren't good. The gameplay graphics are nothing special and not much of an improvement on last year. The fancy screenshots we've been seeing in recent weeks have been nice, but when actually playing, it just doesn't look that impressive. The wrestler movement seems a little clunky, it isn't smooth, and doesn't really resemble the pace of action you'll see in an actual wrestling match. The Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler commentary also leaves a lot to be desired. It isn't natural and is blatantly just the pair reading through the lines. Things like that can really undermine the playing experience. "Still the same old Orton commentary from WWE 12. Shocking," one YouTube user commented. That isn't true, the content is all new, but 2K haven't managed to make it interesting or fresh. "I really don't mean to complain like this but the gameplay needs a complete overhaul.
