WWE 2K17: 10 DLC Characters We Most Want

1. Kurt Angle

When news that WWE were looking to bring back several former talents to fill-out their post-Draft rosters earlier this year, Kurt Angle’s name was at the top of most wishlists. A former WWE Champion, future Hall-of-Famer, and one of the most natural technicians the sport’s ever seen, Angle is a modern day legend, and if his entrance music were to hit on Raw or SmackDown next week, the ovation would be thunderous.

The return never materialized, however, but if fans aren’t going to see him on WWE TV any time soon, being able to play as him in 2K17 would be a solid compromise. Come on, who wouldn’t want to dish-out a few Olympic Slams and Ankle Locks while playing as the Olympic Hero?

Of course, Angle was never going to play a part in these games while working for TNA, but after 8 years in Nashville, his tenure on Impact is finally over. The final roadblock has been removed, and as Angle tours the independent circuit during his career’s last few years, appearing as 2K17 DLC would be a great way to subtly reintroduce him to the WWE fold.

Come on, guys: get the chequebook out, you know it makes sense.
