2. Hulk Hogan
He's been getting mentioned on WWE television again for a while now but the once seemingly inevitable Hulk Hogan return shows no signs of happening. Even though 'The Hulkster' won his trial against Gawker, the invitation back into the WWE Universe from Vince McMahon appears to have been lost in the post.
Many expected Hogan to return at WrestleMania 31, with mentions of his name and footage including him becoming more frequent by the month after a prolonged period of banishment.
It's unclear what it will take for Hogan, the centrepiece of 2K15 remember, to appear in a WWE game again. The dust has almost completely settled on the fiasco from the summer of 2015 even if we should always be mindful of what he did. No matter what happens though he'll always have a rabid fanbase behind him and a clamour for him to appear in a WWE game will always be there.
It might happen down the line but a lack of an appearance in a real life WWE ring doesn't signal a return to the company's virtual one.
