There's no way Bryan's memorable SummerSlam 2013 heartache won't be in there somewhere.

2K have shown they don't care a jot about the core subject winning their matches so long as they're landmark occasions. SummerSlam 2013, and the WWE Title match against John Cena that evening, fits. It had a little bit of everything, including special ref Triple H kicking off his Authority rule by sticking it to a "B+" player.

Anyway, Bryan did win - at least at first. Then, Randy Orton cruelly cashed in his MITB privileges to become champ and leave Daniel's hardcore fan base sobbing into their sodas. The resultant chase from SummerSlam to WrestleMania XXX remains one of the best of Bryan's career, and it must be chronicled in 2K19.

Perhaps splitting the mode into chapters would be best. SummerSlam would count as a thrilling kick-off to The Authority's bid to keep an everyman hero down, and that sounds like a blast to play through. Besides, it'd follow up nicely on the aforementioned Velocity job Bryan did for Cena in '03.
