6. HBK's Revenge

OK, so this is a thinly-veiled excuse for 2K to discuss the history between Daniel Bryan and the man who trained him: Shawn Michaels. Nobody's gonna' argue with that kind of storytelling, especially when it ties into Daniel's run opposite Triple H and Stephanie McMahon between 2013-14.

At Hell in a Cell 2013, Bryan experienced more crushing disappointment when his own mentor ruined his chance to snag the vacant WWE Title against Randy Orton with one cynical Sweet Chin Music. The kick was instant revenge for Bryan's Running Knee strike to HBK's good pal Triple H inside the cage.

It was a poignant moment, and one that deserves inclusion.

2K could weave Michaels' influence on Daniel's career into the bargain and use his betrayal at HIAC to paint the picture of a WWE system united against him. Portraying Bryan as the ultimate underdog is definitely the way to go.
