In Triangle, Jess and her friends are on a sailing trip when their yacht is suddenly capsized during a storm. The group jump on a passing ship, believing they've been rescued. To their surprise, the vessel is completely empty, save for one masked maniac who intends to kill them all.

Triangle is one of those films where it's best to go in blind. At first, horror fans should have an idea where the plot is going, to the point where it feels formulaic and predictable. But once we reach the halfway point, abrupt subplots and character arcs are thrown in that are guaranteed to sideswipe anyone.

Without giving anything away, there is far more going on in Triangle than can be picked up on during a first watch. As the mystery unfolds, viewers will realise they misconstrued earlier scenes, causing them to the re-evaluate the narrative and character motivations. Just as they think they've got a handle on things, another bombshell is dropped, forcing the audience to reassess their reassessment!

Because the biggest revelations is saved for the end, viewers will be eager, not just to watch Triangle again, but to watch it immediately after the credits roll.
