Now a co-founder of funk band The Nth Power, Glaspie is recognised as one of the world’s leading percussionists working today.

Playing the drums ever since she was just two years old, Glaspie was encouraged to attend Berklee College by a preacher who heard her play in church. It was during her time at school where she came into her own between studying and developing her techniques further by playing at famed jazz club Wally’s.
