https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mqgyD_yTWCU The final track on Houses Of The Holy gives a rare songwriting credit to John Bonham who also performs equally rare backing vocals here. Bonham introduces the song with the refrain, weve done four already and now were steady and then they went 1,2,3,4 before the song explodes into life with a jagged Page riff, Bonhams tumbling drumming and Plant wistfully crooning about his daughter as well as the audiences they play to. The whole thing finishes with a delightful doo-wop and high fives all round. The 1973 live version presented here is one of their most definitive performances.
Chris James Peet says hello. His interests include hoping for the best and sitting in chairs. He much prefers moaning to counting his blessings and suffers fools gladly. He also likes to look out of the window and check what's in the fridge but he hates standing up, dripping taps and reality.
