10 Best Rock Music Videos Of The 2010s

7. My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark (Light ‘Em Up) - Fall Out Boy

Another band that made a comeback in 2013 were Fall Out Boy, although they hadn't been gone nearly as long and probably took far fewer drugs in the interim.

The pop punk favourites were back with their first album in five years. Save Rock and Roll was preceded by a slew of singles, one of which had a long and intricate title.

Nice to know the band hadn't changed that much.

My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark was released in February and was accompanied by a dark music video. Dark in the sense that it featured a mysterious man (who turned out to be rapper 2 Chainz) burning the band's memorabilia and that you had to turn the brightness all the way up to actually see it.

The whole thing ends with the band members tied up in the back of a van, leading into this video's prequel The Phoenix.

This simple promo makes quite the statement; Fall Out Boy were back and were ready to destroy the past in order to create their future.

Also, any video with a flamethrower in it gets a big thumbs up.
