10 Biggest Rock Music Feuds Of The 21st Century So Far

1. Liam And Noel Gallagher

Honestly, it's hard to say exactly when the feud between Oasis' Gallagher brothers really got started.

It could have begun when they were both sperm cells, for all we know.

However, the ultimate musical sibling rivalry got taken to another level in the 21st Century, resulting in the spectacular implosion of one of the biggest British bands of all time.

After tumultuous time in the 90s, including an incident where Noel hit Liam with a cricket bat, the 2000s got off to a great start when Noel briefly left the band after his brother questioned the parentage of his daughter.

Over the next nine years, the Gallaghers went back and forth on each other behind the scenes, on stage, and in interviews. Noel once called his brother "a man with a fork in a world of soup", which might be the greatest putdown in rock history.

This sad story finally came to an end in Paris when, after yet another argument, the band's show was cancelled and Noel walked away for good.

Top tip: if you're going to start a band with a family member, make sure you actually like them.
