10 Biggest WTF Moments In 2020s Rock So Far

7. Ozzy Releases Two Albums With Parkinson’s

Whilst Paul McCartney genuinely looked like he could live forever at Glastonbury, time sadly caught up to another legendary name in rock music in 2020.

Black Sabbath frontman Black Sabbath revealed to the world in January 2020 that he was living with Parkinson's disease. He had received his diagnosis the year prior, but understandably only went public with the news much later.

However, if there's one thing that man has shown us over the years, it's that you have to work pretty hard to slow Ozzy Osbourne down.

The Prince of Darkness put out his twelfth solo album Ordinary Man mere weeks after his health news bombshell. Then, two years after that, album number 13 came along in the form of Patient Number 9.

Both albums did sensationally well, reaching the top 5 in both the UK and US. Ozzy also got to work with a variety of names from across music, including Elton John, Jeff Beck, and Post Malone.

Imagine those two partying back in the day. Utter carnage.

Even in the face of a horrifying illness, Ozzy still pushed through and continued doing what he loved best.

An inspiration to us all.
