Is it me you're looking for? Ultra cheese mongering love song from cheese Meister Lionel Richie. The cheese factor of the song is squared due to the cheesy video accompanying the song. In the video, Lionel plays a guy in unrequited love with a blind woman. She then falls in love with him after making a clay bust of his head. Go figure. Hello is widely thought to be Richie's signature tune. It was certainly a worldwide smash hit - including occupying the number one slot in Australia, UK and US. Richie has stated that many shy men have thanked him for the song as it has afforded them the chance to slow dance with and then propose to their sweethearts.
