I know what you're thinking... drugs. Yet The Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger's conviction was so strong that he apparently had a UFO detector installed in his estate after one particularly visceral encounter (what such technology consists of we can only guess, but rock star money opens many doors). The encounter took place at Glastonbury during the 60s. Jagger was camping with then-girlfriend Marianne Faithfull when he saw a rare, luminous cigar-shaped mothership. A year later this spacecraft returned, on the eve of the disastrous Altamont Speedway Free Festival, which resulted in the tragic death of Meredith Hunter (among others). It's true that Jagger's drug use is fairly infamous. But perhaps hallucinogenic drugs are merely a tool through which extraterrestrial life communicates with humans? (spoiler: they aren't).
