1. Outkast
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqB_UVlhlPA Every successive album that Andre 3000 and Big Boi released over the course of a decade felt like an event. Each record is a bold statement that sets them above many of their contemporaries. They were ahead of their day and completely of their day. Outkast's albums stand as some of the most important of all time, let alone the past twenty years. And it is incredibly difficult to select a favorite Outkast album. They were both iconoclasts and populists, offering a diverse discography that pushes boundaries along with living comfortably inside them. When one record makes its case as "the best," another reminds you of a song like "Ain't No Thang" or "SpottieOttieDopaliscious" and the decision becomes more difficult. Nearly every Outkast album is the great Outkast album. The duo reunited for a string of festival shows in 2014 with no apparent plans to record, but do not necessarily need to with the string of records that they left behind. From 1994 to 2004, the world belonged to Outkast.
