10 Hard Rock Music Covers You Wish Never Happened

3. Cry Little Sister - Corey Feldman

It almost feels like shooting fish in a barrel to draw attention to Corey Feldman's bizarre but impassioned ventures into the realm of music.

Feldman is most widely known for playing Mouth in Spielberg's classic adventure story The Goonies, and in the 1980s he was one of the biggest rising child stars.

A close friend of Michael Jackson, Feldman has admitted he was heavily inspired by the King of Pop, dressing like him and adopting his mannerism. This influence carried into Feldmans music career, which believe or not started back in the 1990s. His early attempts at breaking into the world of pop were derivative but entertaining imitations of his idol.

Feldman's more recent musical endeavours saw him backed by an all female band known as Corey's Angels, who as part of their contract were required to live with Corey while they remained in the band. Yeah, smells like a cult...

Watching Feldman perform, there's no doubting his passion, and the dedication he has managed to maintain to a less than successful music career for over 30 years is impressive. But, his take on the gothic rock track, that scored the 1987 movie The Lost Boys (a film he also appeared in) is likely to induce tears of despair, rather than adulation.
