10 Most Influential Style Icons In Pop History

5. Björk (90s-Present)

In a world swarming with stereotypical 'glamour' and sexualised celebrities, Björk is an odd egg. A superbly magnificent, odd egg. Her 2001 appearance wrapped in the famous swan gown is probably the most prominent in fashion history, but the singer's eccentric taste has resulted in much more weird and wonderful media appearances: wigs made from bulbous pom-poms, futuristic 3D-printed gowns and and a kooky ensemble of (what looked like) a torso covered in jellyfish, complete with sea urchin headpiece. Nobody can compare to the voice of the Icelandic goddess, and sure as hell no one can compare to her style. Bjork Stylight
