7. Heart Shaped Box - Nirvana

The video then shifts to an outdoor setting with Wizard of Oz type influences were we see the old man climbing a cow ridden Cross and a young girl in a KKK outfit picking fetuses out of a tree all followed by an overweight woman in a suit with organs painted on it. This may sound shocking but it went on to win two MTV awards in 1994.
