It showed what seems to be a 19th century mad scientist's laboratory and featured numerous things such as a severed pigs head spinning on a machine, a crucified monkey and Trent Reznor in a S&M mask and wearing a ball gag. There is more though but I'll leave you to watch the music video yourselves to discover everything else disturbing about this video.
