Not so crazy - but this demand is - a 23-point "driver policy" for her chauffeurs. It includes stipulations that they're not allowed to talk to Perry, her guests, or her fans. They're not allowed to ask for autographs or pictures. And they're not even allowed to look at the backseat through the rear-view mirror, especially when driving! Katy Perry demands she has white and purple hydrangeas or pink roses, but "ABSOLUTELY NO CARNATIONS" (which is underlined in ALL CAPS). After all, carnations are filler flowers... On tour in Australia her demands included being provided with a dressing room draped in cream or soft pink, with two comfortable egg chairs, a "perspex modern style" coffee table and two "french ornate style" floor lamps.
