10 Most Successful Rock Music Star Siblings

5. The Wilsons (Ann And Nancy)

If Haim want to become the most famous sisters in rock 'n' roll, then these are the women they'll need to beat.

In 1973, Ann and Nancy Wilson were part of the original configuration of a band called Heart. Over the next 50+ years, they would remain the only constant members, as everyone else came and went.

The Wilsons' powerful vocals were what set Heart apart from their competition. Aside from having raw talent, they were also two of just a few female voices in the hard rock genre.

It wasn't only their singing that made them stars. Nancy was also the band's lead guitarist, another rarity at the time, whilst Ann served as their primary songwriter. She could also play a mean flute solo when called upon.

Through tracks like Barracuda, Magic Man, and Crazy on You, the sisters became icons and are still considered amongst the most influential women in the history of the genre.

Unfortunately, being women in rock meant that they had to deal with a bunch of rubbish, including one widespread rumour that they were incestuous lesbian lovers. The world is a terrible place.
