Health’s music video uses one of horror’s most universal set pieces, albeit in slow-motion. A woman in a red dress is being pursued through an icy forest. She has thick smeared lipstick and eyeliner dripped down her cheeks by flowing tears. A cheap blonde wig hints that her attacker has dressed her as his ideal victim.

A tall man with a cleaver, kept mostly in shadow, chases her until she inevitably trips, allowing him to close in. He is bald, brutish, and wearing little clothing. The chase scene is a highly uncomfortable viewing experience.
