https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I70mp0eKWlI Named after the Japanese term for a woman who looks better from behind than from the front, Bakkushan is a fairly new rock band based out of Mannheim. Still making a name for themselves, Bakkushan have released two albums thus far; their most recent being 2012's "Kopf im Sturm" through EMI/Virgin Records, as well as touring with some of the country's biggest rock bands such as Jupiter Jones and Jennifer Rostock. Similar sound and style to Revolverheld, it did not take them long to catch the attention of the major labels. In fact, the labels liked the band enough to listen to their request to wait a few months to perfect their sound, and that is exactly what they did. They are a full-spectrum rock band, filled with distorted guitars and melodies to keep you singing for days. Two albums in and the band's nice blend of alternative and modern rock fit perfectly in with the other artists currently on rotation on top-40 radio.
