7. Appearing On South Park
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFAWKrzaXCE Over the years, South Park has grown from a late-night profanity-laden cartoon, famous for having George Clooney doing the voice of a dog, to become one of the worlds most respected satirical comedy shows. Theyve had numerous guest stars over the years, but few have been as memorable as Korns Halloween appearance in 1999. The shows creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone decided to turn the bands confrontational image on its head, making their show versions a sickeningly good-natured and friendly parody of the Scooby Doo gang. They play I Spy in their van to pass the time, fight pirate ghosts, and at the end of the episode, unmask the real villain. Right before they perform Falling Away From Me, they even manage to throw in a Scooby Doo-esque moral to close things off: You all perceived us to be mean, evil people, but, really, we're just normal guysSo I guess the lesson is: it's easy to perceive something someway, and then be wrong. So we all need to learn to be a little less perceptive.
