Controversy-magnet and occasional licker of sledge hammers Miley Cyrus once again caused a stir at this week's MTV Europe Music Awards. The event, which took place in Amsterdam, was hosted by RedFoo of LMFAO fame (exactly who was in charge of picking the host we're not sure...) and featured live performances from Katy Perry, The Killers and Miley herself. However, what got everybody talking wasn't Miley's live performance but what happened when she collected the EMA award for Best Video. During her acceptance speech she gestured to her handbag and said "I couldn't fit the award in my bag. But I could find this", before pulling out a "funny" cigarette and smoking it there and then on the stage. What would Billy Ray say, eh?
