10 Songs That Have More Than One Music Video

5. California Love - 2Pac

When Tupac Shakur got released from prison after being a naughty boy, he made his comeback with one of his greatest ever tracks.

California Love is the quintessential 2Pac track - slick, technically proficient, and a shoutout to his beloved West Coast.

This might be why the rapper was keen to go all out when it came to making a music video for the song. Inspired by a suggestion from Jada Pinkett Smith, the video borrows elements from the Mad Max series and casts 2Pac as a roving nomad in a post-apocalyptic Cali.

The video ends on a cliffhanger, as Pac wakes up to discover that the wasteland was all a dream.

So, naturally, they made a second video picking up exactly where the first one left off.

This one, which is technically for a remix of the song but who cares, sees Mr. Shakur throwing a house party for all his favourite rapper friends. Dr. Dre is there, as are DJ Quik, B-Legit, E-40, and other names that sound ridiculous in a White English accent.

Two wildly different videos, one iconic song, one artist taken far too soon.
