10 Things You Didn't Know About Kanye West

9. He Grew Up In China Break Dancing For Sheep Skewers

Whilst that headline looks like it's just fallen out of a generator of random words, a young Kanye really did use his dancing skills to curry favour at his new school across the world. When West was about 10 years old his mother was offered a teaching fellowship in China, and they both moved over there for a year. While it's not easy being the new kid in class, it's even harder if the other children have never seen a different colour person before. Not to be deterred though, Yeezy had his own fun. "I think he got tired of being a novelty to those children", his mother would later recount in an interview. "There were these skewers of sheep meat that he loved, and he used to charge the kids skewers to watch him break dance". This of course begs two very important questions. 1) Does Kanye still breakdance and, if so, how good is he? And 2) When was the last time he had a sheep skewer?
