5. Discussing The Farro Fallout

In 2010, a message released through the band's website stated that Josh and Zac Farro, two of the founding members of the band, had departed.

The post painted this departure as fairly amiable (though it did state the brothers no longer seemed interested in the project) but things took a darker turn when Josh later retaliated on his blog, accusing Paramore of being complete manufactured and Hayley of being manipulated from a very young age. It's always difficult when founding members of a band wind up leaving, especially when the reality is somewhat messier than at first glance. Different fans will have different opinions on the Farro split, though it's undoubtedly something that's raised time and time again, and a massive part of the band's history.
