The first incident on this list is that of Garbage's Shirley Manson. Although this particular show didn't erupt into the same brawls that occur further down the list, it's worth including just because it shows the singer's power over her own audience. Manson didn't take too kindly to being spat on repeatedly by an audience member, and rightly so.
