15 Best Heavy Metal Songs Of 2016 (So Far)

13. Rob Zombie - Well, Everybody's F**king In A U.F.O

This year saw the return of shock-rocker Rob Zombie with his latest album release, The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser (now there's a mouthful).

While the record isn't the best one in the Zombie back catalogue, it does contain one of his finest tracks in over a decade, the futuristic freak show 'Everybody's F**king In A U.F.O'. This one will have you dancing and head-banging at the same time with its stop-start guitar riffs and rolling drumbeats, accompanied by Zombie's trademark bark and a pulsating synth effect, adding up to make an odd but infectious package of insanity.

Despite more or less ripping off the "everybody" line from System Of A Down's 'Violent Pornography' as well as sounding like it could break into the theme song from The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air on the verses, we'll look past these discrepancies mainly because of how much fun the overall track is.

Ironically, Zombie is also responsible for releasing one of the worst metal songs of 2016 so far in the form of the ultra-generic 'Get High', but don't let that put you off this dystopian party anthem.
