7. Lost In The World (MBDTF)
Best Line: "If we die in each others arms, still get laid in the afterlife" If that line isn't the epitome of optimistic existential philosophy, then I don't know what is. Featuring an auto-tuned Justin Vernon (giving Kanye an extra relevance with both hipsters and the heavily bearded, a Venn diagram that's seemingly becoming a circle) singing a portion of Woods, Lost in the World along with Who Will Survive in America wraps up MBDTF in a very satisfying way. Confirming that Yeezy can effectively show off his basic human emotions whether they are fear of death, lack of purpose, or the legitimate fear of being lonely despite himself. The shortest song on the album that isn't the interlude or the attached final track, Lost in the World is the last time you hear Kanye's voice on MBDTF and it shows that even in his ivory tower Kanye kept his heart.
