2012 saw some of the most hotly awaited pop music comebacks in recent years, unfortunately nearly all of these flopped without a trace. I can't be the only one who was heartbroken by No Doubt's #397 chart positioning for their single, Looking Hot (that's an embarrassing 680 sales if you were curious). Let's not even get into Madonna's tanking singles from MDNA or Christina Aguilera's shriveling Lotus.
