15 Ridiculous Cover Versions That Are Better Than The Original

2. Lindsey Stirling & Pentatonix Perform Radioactive

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aE2GCa-_nyU Another pair of YouTube sensations are Lindsey Stirling, she of the amazing violin playing and Pentatonix, known for their Acapella covers of songs. Here, the two teamed up for a cover of the Imagine Dragons single "Radioactive." Lindsey has teamed with Acapella performers before, most notably Peter Hollens in a Star Wars medley and a cover of the opening theme from Game of Thrones. Pentatonix are well known for their Daft Punk medley done Acapella, which you should definitely go find if you're a fan of Daft Punk. But as far as Radioactive goes, the original song is very good. The above version blows it out of the water with not only the violin and some acapella, but the addition of a cello. The vocals are smooth and it all comes together in a beautiful package.
