Otis Redding shows why he is a much admired and respected singer on this live album. Recorded during his tour of Europe in 1967, the album captures Otis at his best and begs the question how many other great concerts and hits would he have released if he hadn't tragically died in a plane accident in 1968.

Otis' vocals are hair-raising, as he takes songs written by others and makes them his own, in some cases bettering the original artists themselves. At the tender age of 25, Otis sounds like a master and veteran performer at work, just listen to 'Try A Little Tenderness' above and here a man who knows exactly what he's doing.
