This only really applies when youre a grown-up. In school, guitarists are usually fairly grimy, a bit nerdy, and in with the rock kids. This is, obviously, a grand sweeping generalisation, but its OK because most of us grew up into hotties. Hotties who stay at home on a Friday night trying to nail that last hook and then end up binge-watching youtube videos of random people shredding until three in the morning. If youre lucky enough to be in a band that isnt fairly terrible, then chances are youll get hit with the stereotype that the guitarist is a player. Of dating, not just the guitar. Sadly, there arent as many groupies in real life as there are in every rock star story ever and, chances are, youll still only get laid the normal amount. Guitar players!
