Despite inevitable accusations of a lack of variation or progression in his (and indeed ACDC's) musical style, Angus Young is rightly considered in near God-like terms in the rock-blues industry. It is literally stunning what he and his brother achieved with just three chords, and it's very much a case of genius shining in what he's not playing, as well as what he is.

Yes, his on-stage persona is a gimmick, but it suits his manic style perfectly.
