3. The Killers Featuring Lou Reed 'Tranquilize'
This track was originally intended for the Nevada indie-rockers' 2006 album Sam's Town but didn't make the cut. Luckily it was included on the rarities compilation Sawdust, a year later. It was even released as a single on download and uber-rare 7" vinyl. The single even got to number 13 in the UK charts. Although this song is overlooked it got it's own slightly surreal video. This video features Killers frontman Brandon Flowers wandering an empty house, which contains Lou Reed and sings both parts of the duet, as if he is possessed. 2. Gorillaz Featuring Lou Reed 'Some Kind Of Nature'
You might be thinking 'How can a cartoon band collaborate with a real life person?' and after Lou recorded with the virtual band he was immortalised in animated form. This track is featured on the album 'Plastic Beach' which also includes collabs with Snoop Dogg and Bobby Womack. Gorillaz replaced U2 as the Friday headliners at Glastonbury 2010 and were joined by Reed, to much surprise of the audience, to perform this live on stage. So, which collaboration wins the top spot?
