Form a redneck-rock power trio, of course! Pride & Glory is Zakk Wylde getting down and dirty with some groove-laden, soulful rock music and it's absolutely superb. From the opening banjo riff to Losin' Your Mind to the closing hick hoe-down of I Hate Your Guts you're treated to superb playing, excellent songs and surprisingly good vocals from Wylde. It's worth buying just for the riff to Horse Called War alone.

As a player he's tremendous, but as a singer and songwriter, Bonamassa is on another level entirely and his band have never sounded better.
