7 Bands Where 2014 May Be Their Last Year

1. KISS

KISS is another great rock band that defined themselves in the late 1970s with black and white face paint and Gene Simmons' tongue-waving antics - plus the occasional guitar riff.

They've had comebacks through the years and reunions, including the album Monster in 2013. But that wasn't all they did in 2013: Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley - the two lead members of KISS - purchased a share in the Arena Football League franchise and are currently funding and managing a new football team called Los Angelas Kiss.

To dash your hopeful hearts now, it does not mean that the band will be decked in football face paint whilst hurdling tackles, but it does mean that Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons will be preoccupied with managing the team instead of playing music.

So we wonder, have these rock gods given up on busting out guitar riffs and topless women? We hope not.
